Fitness work on Monday as Frosinone build-up begins minus the internationals

The lads were back at the Centro Sportivo Mugnaini on Monday to kick off the week leading up to Saturday’s visit to Frosinone.

With Doria’s international contingent still away, the squad focused on fitness work in the gym and on pitch.

Meanwhile, Dennis Praet, Vasco Regini, Riccardo Saponara and Lorenzo Tonelli continued with their personalised recovery programmes.

The Blucerchiati will be back at the training ground on Tuesday morning for their next session.
