Group sessions for Doria, morning training planned for Thursday

Sampdoria continued their preparations for Saturday evening’s visit of Crotone with another training session in Bogliasco on Wednesday morning.

Marco Giampaolo split his squad into groups, with the midfielders and forwards splitting from the defenders to work through strength exercises in the gym and drills out on the main pitch.

Samp youngsters Simone Giordano, Joao Claudio Gomes Ricciulli, Francesco Scotti, Andrea Tessiore and Ivan Vujcic joined in during the tactical exercises to bolster the numbers.

On Thursday, Samp will have another morning training session behind closed doors.
