Tactics this afternoon in Bogliasco; recovery in the pool for Zapata

After Duvan Zapata’s return today, Marco Giampaolo could count on a full squad to train with following the international break.

The Blucerchiati head coach led his men through an afternoon session focusing on tactical drills and a training match to finish at the Centro Sportive Mugnaini. Primavera players Joao Claudio Gomes Ricciulli and Andrea Tessiore joined in on first-team training, while Duvan Zapata recovered from his transatlantic journey with a workout in the swimming pool. Leonardo Capezzi worked on his return to fitness separately.

Tomorrow morning Sampdoria have their penultimate training session before the visit on Atalanta on Sunday. It will not be open to the public.
