The road to Milan: video analysis and pitch work in training today

Training this afternoon began with a session involving the whole squad in the video room to focus on some finer details of the upcoming fixture away to AC Milan on Sunday.

After that, Marco Giampaolo divided his based into two groups, based on their minutes played in recent matches. Those who featured heavily against Sassuolo on Monday evening had a recovery session in the pool, gym and then briefly outside for some fitness work, while the rest of the players trained normally, including Gabriele Rolando. Numbers were bolstered by ten prospects from the Primavera squad.

Vasco Regini worked separately on his return to fitness.

The Blucerchiati will be back out tomorrow morning for another workout.
