Training minus international players in Bogliasco

A Sampdoria squad minus the players on international duty returned to training this afternoon at the Centro Sportivo Mugnaini.

After handing his players two days of rest, Marco Giampaolo oversaw a session comprised of technical and tactical drills before a practice match on a reduced pitch to finish.

Lucas Torreira and Emiliano Viviano worked individually, while Luca Cigarini went for massage therapy.

In the absence of international stars Bartosz Bereszynski, Bruno Fernandes, Titas Krapikas, Karol Linetty, Luis Muriel, Daniel Pavlovic, Patrik Schick and Milan Skriniar, some lads from the Primavera squad were called over to the first team to make up the numbers.

There is a double session planned for Thursday.
