Double session on Friday. Back home on Saturday

The Blucerchiati had one last double training session on Friday before they leave Ponte di Legno on Saturday.

In the morning Eusebio Di Francesco split the squad into two groups for tactical work, first drilling the midfielders and attackers and then the defenders.

The rain clouds came over Temu in the afternoon but that didn’t thwart Samp’s plans as the coaching staff put the players through a series of high-intensity training games.

Omar Colley did recovery work while Julian Chabot and Nicola Murru continued with their personalised programmes on the pitch.

The team will train in Val Camonica for the last time on Saturday morning before setting off on the return journey to Genoa.
