In-house friendly for Samp, afternoon training on Friday ahead of Crotone

Sampdoria were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Thursday morning to continue their preparations for Sunday’s Coppa Italia third round clash against Crotone.

After a technical meeting, the squad warmed up and worked through a number of tactical drills. The Blucerchiati then had a practice game against Marcello Cottafava’s Primavera side.

With sporting director Carlo Osti and academy technical director Giovanni Invernizzi watching on, the entire first-team squad took some part in the friendly match. Some of the players also completed individual work outside and in the gym.

The squad will train again on Friday afternoon.
