Mapei tests, technical drills and training games in busy Friday programme

The Blucerchiati were put through their paces on Friday morning as they underwent a series of tests run by the Mapei Sport team. The experts were at Bogliasco to assess the fitness of each and every player with a view to monitoring training practices over the course of the season.

In the afternoon, the squad had an intense training session consisting of a warm-up, technical drills, three-way training games and some ab-specific work.

The team will report back on Saturday morning for their next workout.
