Training drills aplenty at Bogliasco

Despite the absences of seven players who are away on international duty, Sampdoria are pressing on with their preparations for the next round of Serie A games. Training with the first team squad were Primavera players Matteo Esposito, Luca Polli, Marco Somma and Gerard Yepes Laut.

Roberto D’Aversa and his staff conducted a session based on various technical exercises, keeping those who have remained in Genoa fresh and on their toes.

Manolo Gabbiadini and Mohammed Ihattaren trained with the whole group, while Ernesto Torregrossa, Valerio Verre and Ronaldo Viera followed their own specific recovery programmes. Samp head back to training tomorrow morning for their last session this week.
