Saturday departure for Crotone for Coppa Italia clash

The Sampdoria squad enjoyed an afternoon session on Friday ahead of the club’s first competitive game of the season on Sunday evening at 21:00 CEST in the Coppa Italia against Crotone. After a technical meeting, Eusebio Di Francesco put his charges through their paces on pitch one at the Mugnaini, with all available players taking part in technical and tactical drills.

The squad will have their final session in Bogliasco on Saturday morning before the scheduled departure for Calabria from Genoa in the late afternoon. The coach will not be speaking in a press conference, but he will be talking to the club’s official media channel about the upcoming cup tie.
