Shareholders’ meeting: press release

The shareholders’ meeting, partly in consideration of the particular period Italy is going through, has decided to renew its confidence in all the members of the previous board of directors, who will continue in their roles until the shareholders’ meeting to approve the financial statements as at 31 December 2019. All the members accepted the shareholders’ proposal to remain on the board.
