Training in two groups on return to Bogliasco

After a day off for the players granted by Claudio Ranieri, Sampdoria were back in training in Bogliasco today, as they prepare for their away trip to Cagliari. The contest takes place on Saturday 7 November at 15:00 CET.

After a warm-up and a routine technical circuit, the Blucerchiati squad was split into two groups. Those who were most heavily involved in the weekend’s derby clash focused on recovery, while the remainder had some themed training matches and did fitness work. Manolo Gabbiadini continued his recovery programme.

The squad will have a morning training session tomorrow.
