Morten Thorsby set to join Sampdoria next season

President Massimo Ferrero and U.C. Sampdoria are delighted to announce that Norwegian midfielder Morten Thorsby will join the club at the start of the 2019/20 season.

The 22-year-old – born in Oslo on 5 May 1996 – currently plays for Eredivisie side SC Heerenveen.

Morten has penned a four-year contract with Sampdoria until 30 June 2023.
