Blucerchiati ready for the official debut in TIM Cup against Benevento
Here
we are. A long wait and a three-week pilgrimage between Bardonecchia
and Hungary but now the blucerchiati
are back home, in Bogliasco, where they’ve restarted the countdown
to the first official match, scheduled for Saturday at 8.45 p.m. at
the "Luigi Ferraris" stadium. In the match valid for the third
eliminating round of the TIM Cup, the second Italian football
competition, Samp will play against Benevento, a team of the Lega Pro
First Division. The giallorossi,
in the previous games, eliminated Pontedera (4-0) and Virtus
Lanciano (0-2).
Scheme.
Despite
the absence of six players called by the national teams – the
Argentinian Sergio Romero, the German Shkodran Mustafi, the Polish Bartosz Salamon and Pawel Wszolek, the Italian Lorenzo De
Silvestri, the Serbian Nenad Krsticic and the Hungarian Zsolt Laczkó -, mister Delio
Rossi and his technical staff are working to improve the athletic
condition and, at the same time, the mechanisms of a tactical scheme
that, since last January, literally changed Samp’s season.
Juventus.
After Saturday night’s debut, from the 3-5-2 used for the first
time at the "Juventus Stadium" in Turin, it will start a new year
colored of blucerchiato.
We are going to start exactly from the point we stopped at: from
Sampdoria-Juventus, in a Marassi decked with flags, and we all hope
that the final result will be the same as some months ago.
