Meet FIFA star Lonewolf92 Guarracino, Samp’s official video game player

Samp’s latest signing Mattia Guarracino can’t wait to turn out for the Blucerchiati.

The six-time Italian FIFA champion has been snapped up by Sampdoria – the first Italian football club to venture into the eSports world – and he’s raring to go head to head with the likes of PSG, Manchester City and Valencia in the big international tournaments.

Mattia, better known as Lonewolf92 in the digital arena, spoke exclusively to Samp TV about his new role as Sampdoria’s official video game player.

“It all began with an idea president Ferrero had – he was the first in Italy to believe in the potential of eSports. It hasn’t really taken off here yet but it’s very big elsewhere in the world.

I first got into FIFA back in 2006 and I’ve won lots of tournaments over the years. Now I want to keep winning with Sampdoria.”
