Samp ready to go: Giampaolo’s men gear up for training camp

The start of the 2018/19 season is just around the corner, and Marco Giampaolo’s Sampdoria lads are ready to get going. The first stage of their pre-season will be some pre-training camp work, from Thursday 5 July to Saturday 7 July, before their departure for Ponte di Legno in Alta Valle Camonica, Brescia.

Over the course of these three days the Samp players will undergo a series of medical and athletic tests in Genoa and Bogliasco, and some training sessions at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini.

For safety reasons, due to the ongoing refurbishment works at the sporting facilities, it will not be possible for media or fans to attend the sessions.
