Tactics and practice games as Samp move to Pinzolo

A cloudy sky greeted the Blucerchiati team coach as it arrived in Pinzolo for the second part of their pre-season training camp. The sun eventually burst through, however, so Walter Zenga’s men were able to train in ideal conditions with hordes of fans looking on at the Centro Sportivo Pineta. The squad kicked things off with a series of tactical exercises, before getting stuck into some practice games.

Joaquin Correa and Christian Puggioni continued their recovery plans, while Alessandro De Vitis and Niklas Moisander – the other two Samp men with fitness issues – had a tailored session in the gym.

Fourth goalkeeper Wladimiro Falcone has joined up with the squad for this second part of the camp.

Zenga’s squad have a double training session scheduled for tomorrow.
