Blucerchiati in Hong Kong, tournament dedicated to Boskov proves a big success

A tournament to remember and celebrate Vujadin Boskov, the football philosopher and most successful coach in Sampdoria’s history. The first edition of the International Memorial Cup, which was organised by Sampdoria Club Hong Kong and won by a Deloitte team coached by Francesco Vitali, was named after the Serbian, who led the Blucerchiati to glory in Italy and Europe at the end of the 1980s and start of the 1990s.

Vitali, who has a leading management role at the consultancy services and auditing firm in Asia, founded Samp Club Hong Kong two years ago and has been promoting the club’s brand all over the Asian continent as part of the Ambasciate Blucerchiate project for a year and a half. The kermis was a resounding success and, as well as spreading the most beautiful colours on the planet all over South-East Asia, contributed to raising funds for families affected by the collapse of the Ponte Morandi on 14 August 2018.
