Double session to kick off Ponte di Legno training camp

The players and coaching staff had their training tops zipped up to the neck as they began their pre-season training camp amidst cooler climes in Ponte Di Legno on Monday – the club’s fifth consecutive year in the mountain resort.

Eusebio Di Francesco had the squad start the week with a double session at the sports centre in Temu.

In the morning the players did some warm-up exercises in the gym before moving out to the pitch for some fitness work and tactical drills (which included this stunning finish by Federico Bonazzoli) beneath an overcast sky.

After lunch, with the sun now peeping through the clouds, the Blucerchiati played a series of training games.

Another double session awaits the team on Tuesday.
