Sampdoria v Roma past battles: Viviano versus Salah

Sampdoria v Roma is often one of the key matches of the season for the Blucerchiati. It has been in the past, in one way or another, and Saturday’s game will be no different.

And there have been some wonderful individual battles within this fixture over the years, not least the ones between Emiliano Viviano and Mohamed Salah in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons.
