President Ferrero has his say on Serie A 2015/16: “No need for controversy, let’s play football”

Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero spoke to Sky Sport Italia after the draw for Serie A 2015/16 was made in Milan tonight. Ferrero was asked for his views on the Genoa derby being played in midweek: “It’s not great, even though 6 January is a holiday we didn’t want a midweek derby. That said, let’s not be annoyed. There’s no need for controversy, let’s play football.”
