President pops in to see afternoon training. Friday session behind closed doors

The Blucerchiati received a visit from president Massimo Ferrero at the training ground today as they continue to work towards Sunday’s home match against Bologna.

There was a lighter programme this afternoon than in the rest of the week. The session began with a game of handball on a short pitch as a warm-up, continued with technical drills on two small pitches then ended with a tactical game without goalkeepers.

The squad will train behind closed doors tomorrow morning, 48 hours before Sunday’s 15:00 kick-off at the Marassi.
