Gianluca Vialli visits Bogliasco: “There’s a great sense of belonging at Sampdoria”

Still one of us. Gianluca Vialli was back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini today to catch up with some old friends, so we at Samp TV pulled him aside for a look back at his wonderful Sampdoria career and to pick his brains on the current Blucerchiati vintage.

Now working as a commentator for Sky Sport Italia, the former Doria striker stated: “I’ve not been back much in the last 22-23 years, but I can see that Samp are continuing to grow – even the youth academy facilities are getting better and better and that is great to see. Training in a place like this is a real privilege. Zenga is like a brother to me. I’m happy he’s showing his worth and I think he’s doing a very good job.”
