Viviano talks to Samp TV: “The derby can give us a boost for the rest of the season”

Emiliano Viviano has called on his Sampdoria colleagues to secure an important boost for the second half of the season with victory in the upcoming derby.

“We need to train well now and then we can focus on the derby over the next few days,” Viviano told Samp TV. “Despite our elimination from the Coppa Italia, we’re pleased with that last week before the break. We’ve improved in a lot of areas and keeping a clean sheet against Palermo was important, because all teams that want to do well need to be solid at the back.”
