Technical-tactical work, final session behind closed doors on Sunday

The excitement is building ahead of Sunday night’s visit of Juventus. Vincenzo Montella and his staff took training on the upper pitch earlier, on a gloomy afternoon in Bogliasco.

The session was based around technical and tactical drills, with the full squad involved apart from Lorenzo De Silvestri (personalised recovery programme), Djamel Mesbah and Matias Silvestre (individual training).

The squad will gather in the team hotel this evening before one final session behind closed doors on Sunday morning.

Vincenzo Montella has released his squad for the home game against Juventus:

Goalkeepers: Brignoli, Puggioni, Viviano.

Defenders: Cassani, Coda, Moisander, Pereira, Regini, Zukanovic.

Midfielders: Barreto, Carbonero, Correa, Fernando, Ivan, Krsticic, Christodoulopoulos, Palombo, Soriano.

Forwards: Cassano, Eder, Muriel, Rodriguez.
