Barreto and Palombo back among the squad as training begins for this week
After enjoying a day and a half of rest, Sampdoria got back down to business in Bogliasco as attention turns to Udinese’s visit to Marassi on Sunday.
Vincenzo Montella and his coaching staff oversaw an afternoon session for the squad, in which some players worked on their fitness individually.
Edgar Barreto and Angelo Palombo came back into the fold and spent the session training with those who didn’t feature heavily against Fiorentina. Pedro Pereira focused on his personalised programme out on the pitch, while Carlos Carbonero continues his post-operation recovery in Barcelona.
A double session of training has been scheduled for tomorrow.
