Seven decades of Sampdoria’s history: A countdown from 1946 to 2016

Seventy years in seventy days.

On 12 August 2016, 70 days from now, Unione Calcio Sampdoria celebrates its 70th birthday and the club plans to mark this significant milestone in appropriate fashion.

Starting from tomorrow, Friday 3 June, Samp TV will release 70 video clips every day until the special date. The content will be divided into three categories: History, which will tell the Blucerchiati story through the decades; Revisited, offering up highlights of the most important matches from every era; and My Samp, which will reveal personal stories of those who fought for the shirt.

As we embark on this journey, we’ll come across countless old friends but there will be just one voice guiding us through our history. We’d like to sincerely thank Corrado Tedeschi for his amazing work helping us out on this project.
