Dugout and Sampdoria relive Gullit’s revenge after 25 years

31 October 1993. Twenty-five years ago today, Ruud Gullit smashed a shot into the far corner of the net to sink Fabio Capello’s AC Milan side and give the Samp fans one of their most memorable victories.

Today, thanks to Dugout, you can go back in time and relive that wonderful comeback. From 2-0 down (courtesy of goals from Albertini and Laudrup), Samp got one back through Katanec – thanks to some inspiration from Gullit – before completing the turnaround with Mancini and the Dutchman himself.
