Samp Women: day one in Saint-Vincent

Sampdoria Women had their first full day in Saint-Vincent on Friday as they begin laying the groundwork for the season ahead.

The Blucerchiate kicked off their two-week training camp with a morning session focusing on technique and tactics at the Stadio Perucca, under the guidance of Antonio Cincotta and his assistant Massimo Carli.

In the afternoon the girls did functional recovery work in the pool and on the pitch with fitness coach Alessandro Mariani.

Meanwhile the goalies worked separately with goalkeeping coach Fabrizo Casazza.

The team will have a single training session on Saturday, in the morning.
