Doria back to work: high-intensity session in Temu

After enjoying a day of rest, the Blucerchiati were back at training today with a double session in Ponte di Legno.

As Sampdoria’s training camp enters its second week, Marco Giampaolo began this morning by dividing the defenders and midfielders/attackers into two groups for gym work and tactics. In the afternoon, the players were then put through a series of high-intensity small-sided games.

Emil Audero donned his gloves to train with his new team-mates for the first time, as he waits for his transfer from Juventus to be made official. Valerio Verre continued his personalised training schedule.

There is another double session planned for tomorrow.
