Double session on tactics and technique; closed session on Thursday afternoon

Sampdoria were put through an intense double session today in preparation for Sunday evening’s massive game against AC Milan away at San Siro.

Marco Giampaolo divided his squad into groups in the morning session for strength work in the gym and some technical and tactical exercises. After lunch, the entire squad came together for some ball work and practice matches.

Dennis Praet had his own double session as his return to fitness continues.

The squad will be back out for training tomorrow afternoon, which will be closed to supporters.
