Group work in morning, practice games to round off double session

Marco Giampaolo’s Sampdoria squad had a double training session at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Wednesday.

In the first session, the squad warmed up without the ball before focusing on strength and tactics in groups. After lunch, Doria got stuck into some practice games using a smaller pitch.

Primavera youngsters Goncalo Cabral, Yassin Ejjaki, Joao Claudio Gomes Ricciulli, Gergely Hutvagner, Francesco Scotti and Andrea Tessiore joined in with the first-team squad during the day.

Samp will train again on Thursday afternoon.
