Samp push on with Parma prep

Preparations for Sunday’s visit of Parma continued in earnest on Thursday with an afternoon session in Bogliasco. The Blucerchiati were put through their paces with a series of tactical drills and small-sided games.

Edgar Barreto and Vasco Regini joined in with the rest of the squad as they continue to work their way back to fitness.

Primavera youngsters Mohamed Bahlouli, Axel Campeol, Tommaso Farabegoli, Tommaso Maggioni, Daouda Peeters, Marco Perrone, Aris Sorensen, Ognjen Stijepovic, Markus Soomets and Jamie Yayi Mpie also trained with the senior squad.

Lorenzo Tonelli did personalised work while Bartosz Bereszynski had physiotherapy.

The players will report back for their next session on Friday morning.
