There’s snow stopping Samp ahead of Atalanta…
Sampdoria were greeted by a thick blanket of snow when they turned up at the training ground this morning, but after working in the gym in the morning – and a snow-clearing exercise performed in record-breaking time – the Blucerchiati were able to train outside after lunch.
Marco Giampaolo and the coaching staff had the players focus on ball possession before playing a series of training games on a short pitch.
Meanwhile Bartosz Bereszynski and Gaston Ramírez continued with their respective recovery programmes.
The team will be back for training on Thursday afternoon.
