22-man squad for trip to face Inter, Ekdal returns
Sampdoria have continued their preparations for the clash with Inter on Sunday at San Siro which will bring Matchday 25 of the 2019/20 Serie A campaign to an end. After a video meeting, the squad was put through its paces on pitch one at the Mugnaini in Bogliasco. A warm-up was followed by technical and tactical drills, as well as work on set-pieces.
Nicola Murru and Gaston Ramirez both took part in the session, despite being suspended for the game. Kristoffer Askildsen and Morten Thorsby did some individual work, while Alex Ferrari continued his recovery programme. At the end of training, Claudio Ranieri revealed his 22-man squad for the game against the Nerazzurri.

Defenders: Augello, Bereszynski, Chabot, Colley, Depaoli, Tonelli, Yoshida.
Midfielders: Barreto, Bertolacci, Ekdal, Jankto, Leris, Linetty, Vieira.
