Final training session before Alessandria friendly

The team were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Saturday morning to put the finishing touches on preparations for their first friendly of the 2020/21 pre-season, away to Serie C side Alessandria.

Besides the seven players away on international duty, four others will not be involved this evening: Jeison Murillo and Antonio Palumbo, who did personalised work on the pitch this morning, Manolo Gabbiadini, who did light training, and Emil Audero, who has been ruled out because of an allergic reaction to an insect bite on his right thigh.

Claudio Ranieri has named the following 22-man squad for the trip to Alessandria:

Goalkeepers: Avogadri, Ravaglia.

Defenders: Augello, Chabot, Colley, Depaoli, Ferrari, Murru, Regini, Rocha, Tonelli, Yoshida.

Midfielders: Capezzi, Leris, Verre, Vieira.

Forwards: Bahlouli, Bonazzoli, La Gumina, Prelec, Quagliarella, Ramirez.
