Giampaolo selects 22 for Chievo test, Bereszynski and Falcone miss out

After a morning training session for Sampdoria on the upper pitch at the Mugnaini, Marco Giampaolo selected a squad of 22 for the upcoming game against ChievoVerona.

With Milan Skriniar suspended and Bartosz Bereszynski, Angelo Palombo and Emiliano Viviano injured, Wladimiro Falcone will also miss out having picked up a problem in his right thigh.

Falcone will be replaced by Pietro Cavagnaro from the Primavera side, marking his first call up to the first-team squad. Along with Titas Krapikas he will join up with his team-mates after the away game at Latina.
