Morning session in groups as president Ferrero visits the squad

Sampdoria continued their preparations for Sunday’s clash against Atalanta with a morning training session on Wednesday.

Club president Massimo Ferrero was at the training ground to greet the squad, and watched part of the training session alongside sporting director Carlo Osti.

Ranieri split the squad into groups, which warmed up before focusing on prevention and strength in the gym, followed by sprint training and practice games outside.

Ernesto Torregrossa trained separately.

Samp will be back in training on Thursday morning.
