Jubilant welcome for Cassano: Fantantonio already in Bogliasco

Antonio Cassano is back at the Centro Sportivo Mugnaini as a Sampdoria player, realising a long-held wish for the Italian star. Cassano arrived at around 16:00 this afternoon, accompanied by team manager Giorgio Ajazzone and welcomed by crowds of Blucerchiati fans.

Inside the training complex, Cassano was reunited with old friend and new team-mates, before heading straight into the dressing rooms to pull on his new Joma training kit. It’s official: Cassano is back.
