Back to training at the Mugnaini, session behind closed doors on Tuesday afternoon

Sampdoria got straight back down to work today after Sunday’s bitter defeat to Bologna.

In the morning, Vincenzo Montella and his coaching staff gathered the squad together in the video room for some tactical analysis lasting around 40 minutes.

Training itself got under way at around 14:30 CET in Bogliasco. Those who featured heavily at the Stadio Dall’Ara had a warm-down session, while the rest of the squad worked out on the main training pitch.

Lorenzo De Silvestri continued his personal recovery plan in Rome, while Andrea Coda and Vasco Regini were given permission to miss the work-out.
