Technique, tactics and set plays in Bogliasco ahead of Salernitana cup clash

Claudio Ranieri’s Sampdoria squad were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini in Bogliasco on Monday morning to continue their preparations for the Coppa Italia clash against Salernitana, which takes place at Marassi on Tuesday afternoon (14:00 CET kick-off).

After an initial warm-up, the players involved for all or most of the win over Atalanta on Saturday worked through technique drills and tactical exercises, while the rest of the squad warmed up before focusing on reaction times, tactics and set plays.

Antonio Candreva and Manolo Gabbiadini both had tailored programmes.
