Djuricic: “Samp the best choice for me”

Creativity, flair, genius and a knack for the unpredictable. That’s how people describe Filip Djuricic, an attacking midfielder with an eye for the pass no one else can see.

The 24-year-old Serbia international spoke exclusively to Samp TV after joining the Blucerchiati’s training camp in Ponte di Legno.

“I’m happy to be here. I think Sampdoria are the perfect choice for me. They have a great history and play in one of the best leagues in the world.

“When I spoke to people from the club I was even more sure about wanting to sign.

“I don’t like to talk about myself. I’ll let the fans judge me once they see what I can do.

“I’ve always liked creative players – Kaka and Zidane were my favourites.”
