Back to Bogliasco: Samp begin Coppa Italia preparations

Just one morning off and then it was back to work. After the convincing display in the Gamper Trophy, Marco Giampaolo’s Sampdoria met at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini earlier to begin preparing for their first competitive match of the season. The Blucerchiati meet Bassano Virtus in the Coppa Italia third round.

The squad was split into two groups for the first workout back on home soil. Those who featured significantly at the Nou Camp worked on recovery in the pool, while the rest focused on tactics and technique on the upper pitch.
