Technical and tactical session at the Mugnaini, training behind closed doors on Friday

Sampdoria’s preparations for the trip to face Crotone on Sunday are reaching fever pitch, with Marco Giampaolo putting his Doria squad through an intense series of technical and tactical drills at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Thursday morning.

The Blucerchiati also focused on a number of practice games during the session, with both Karol Linetty and Matias Silvestre both taking full part in proceedings.

Bruno Fernandes had an individual recovery session, while Jacopo Sala received physiotherapy. Emiliano Viviano, Carlos Carbonero and Daniel Pavlovic all continued working on their personal rehabilitation plans.

The squad will train behind closed doors on Friday morning.
