Strength work and tactics at the Mugnaini, friendly game in final session of 2016

Sampdoria’s Marco Giampaolo squad had a double session at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Friday afternoon, with gym work and strength on the upper pitch in the morning followed by high-intensity technique and tactical drills in the afternoon session.

Primavera player Alessio Tissone and U17 youngster Francesco Scotti joined in with the first team, though Mirko Eramo and Milan Skriniar missed out with flu. Emiliano Viviano had two sessions outside with goalkeeping coach Andrea Sardini as he continued his return to match fitness, while Jacopo Sala received treatment and did recovery work in the pool.

The squad will have a friendly match against Serie D side Finale Ligure in training tomorrow morning.
