Muriel speaks exclusively to Samp TV: “We’ve shown we can win the big games”

Luis Muriel believes Sampdoria’s stunning 3-2 win over Roma on Sunday has proved they can perform on the big occasions.

The Colombian – who scored one and set up two more for Dennis Praet and Patrik Schick against the Giallorossi – was speaking exclusively to Samp TV after the game.

“I’m delighted with the result because that’s what we’ve been missing in recent weeks,” said Muriel. “Despite some good performances, we haven’t picked up the points we’ve deserved. We’ve shown that we never give up and can win the big games – this result is reward for all our hard work.”
