Video session and tactics on Friday. News conference on Saturday

With the visit of Bologna now just two days away (Sunday at 18:00 CET) Marco Giampaolo brought the team together in the video room to analyse the opponents and Samp’s own recent performances before training on Friday.

Once up on the top pitch the coach proceeded to guide the Blucerchiati through a series of technical and tactical drills.

Seven youngsters from Sampdoria U17s joined in for today’s session – Goncalo Cabral, Giovanni Cappelletti, Masimiliano Doda, Gianluca Gnecchi, Giacomo Guazzini and Francesco Scotti – as well as Primavera goalie Pietro Cavagnaro.

Edgar Barreto trained with the rest of the team for the first time today while Jacopo Sala had his second session with the squad. Wladimiro Falcone pushed on with his personalised recovery programme meantime.
