Back to training at a sunlit Bogliasco, double session on Wednesday

Sampdoria began their preparations for Sunday’s home game against Cagliari this afternoon at a Centro Sportivo Mugnaini bathed in beautiful late-winter sunlight.

As has become traditional by now, Marco Giampaolo spoke to the whole squad in the changing rooms before dividing them up into two groups. Those who featured heavily against Bologna went through a recovery session, while the rest had a full session.

Wladimiro Falcone, Jacopo Sala and Primavera star Andrea Tessiore also trained with the first-team squad.

A double helping of training has been penned in for tomorrow.
