Tests before and after lunch. Build-up to the summer training camp

The wait is over. Tomorrow, Wednesday 5 July, Sampdoria will begin preparing for their trip to Ponte di Legno, home to the Blucerchiati’s training camp for the third year running.

The players will undergo medicals, biomechanical and Dexa scans in the morning at the Albaro clinic and Villa Montallegro facility before training in the afternoon. The sessions will be held behind closed doors on the upper pitch due to security reasons with the refurbishment of the club’s offices ongoing. Marco Giampaolo’s players will follow that timetable for three days.

On the morning on Monday 10 July, the team will train for the last time in Bogliasco before travelling to Alta Valle Camonica. After checking in at the hotel, the players will begin training in the mountains at Temù sports centre on the morning of Tuesday 11 July.
