Gym, tactics and training games on second day of training camp

Sampdoria continued their pre-season preparations with a double session in the mountains on Wednesday.

Marco Giampaolo and the coaching staff had the bulk of the squad focus on fitness, technique and tactics, while Nicola Murru, Emiliano Viviano and new recruit Dawid Kownacki did personalised work.

The Blucerchiati spent the morning in the gym. In the afternoon there were tactical drills followed by a series of high-intensity training games to round off the day.

Another double session is planned for Thursday.
